Tomofumi Misaka is an Associate Professor in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine and the Department of Community Cardiovascular Medicine at Fukushima Medical University. He previously served as a Research Associate and Research Fellow at King's College London in the British Heart Foundation Centre of Excellence. His research includes molecular mechanisms of heart failure, multi-organ communication, and clonal hematopoiesis.
