This study examined a constructivist career counseling program integrating meaningful experiences to enhance adolescents’ self-directed career decisions. To address career indecision in a rapidly changing society, the program was implemented with two participants. Data were analyzed using Career Construction Interview (CCI) and logotherapy-based logo analysis. Results showed that participants constructed occupations aligned with their career themes and envisioned a future self grounded in renewed identity. Exploration of meaningful experiences in the deconstruction stage dismantled negative thoughts or expanded career directions, serving a decisive role in clarifying paths and shaping new life attitudes. Participants strengthened planning and decision-making by overcoming obstacles to career realization. These findings indicate that the program can support Christian adolescents in discerning God’s past and future guidance in their lives.
