The main protagonists of educational practice and school life within every educational organization are the teachers. Their high scientific and pedagogical training contributes to improving students' performance and achieving educational goals, resulting in the better functioning of the educational organization. At the same time, the necessity of communication between the school and the family, as well as the active participation of students, is clearly evident. The need for communication between school and family arises primarily from the constitutional establishment of the parents' right, based on the combination of Articles 9 and 21 of the Constitution (2008), as well as from teachers' desire to implement best practices. This article, with the help of bibliographic references and research, aims not only to clarify the role of each stakeholder involved but also to propose best practices for collaboration.
