The object of the research is there are systems of information and analytical support of units and subunits of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Investigated problem: The experience of operations (combat operations) of recent years shows the growing role of information influence measures of information and analytical support, processing and transmission of information and analytical support. Victory over a quantitatively superior opponent is possible only if there is a technological advantage over it. One of such technological approaches is the use of automated troop control systems in conducting combat operations. Information and analytical support systems for units and subunits of the Armed Forces of Ukraine collect and process large amounts of data, which are both structured and unstructured. Improving the efficiency of the process of collection, processing and processing of data circulating in the systems of information and analytical support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is most appropriate by reducing the role of man in this process. This is possible by introducing systems and individual elements of artificial intelligence into the software of these systems. The main scientific results: The study proposes a method for assessing the state of information and analytical support of units and subunits of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The proposed method is based on the theory of artificial intelligence, namely its component part – metaheuristic algorithms. Thanks to the use of improved artificial intelligence procedures, it is possible to increase the efficiency of assessing the state of information and analytical support with a decrease in the role and place of subjectivity of the evaluation process. The area of practical use of the research results: It is advisable to use the proposed scientific results when conducting research and development works on the creation of systems of information and analytical support of units and subunits of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, development of software for processing various types of data.
