Brazil is one of the largest agricultural producers worldwide, generating a significant volume of solid waste from crops such as sugarcane, soybeans, and corn. This study aims to analyze the current landscape of waste generation and disposal in the country, addressing its environmental and socioeconomic impacts. Data from governmental and academic sources were used to identify trends and propose strategies aligned with the principles of the circular economy. The results highlight solutions such as bioutilization, biofuel production, and composting, showcasing the potential to transform waste into valuable resources. The adoption of these practices relies on strengthening public policies, investing in technology, and engaging key stakeholders. It is concluded that the efficient utilization of agricultural waste represents a significant opportunity for sustainable development in Brazil's agribusiness sector.
