This article systematically reviews the current application status and development history of AI technology in auto insurance claims, analyzes various potential problems including data security risks, and proposes corresponding countermeasures. In the future, with the continuous advancement of technology, auto insurance claims will become more intelligent, but it is also necessary to strike a balance between technological innovation and risk management. This article provides a reference basis for the digital and intelligent transformation of auto insurance claims.
