A new space for the projection of power, rivalry and cooperation is emerging, integrating it into international relations raises major geopolitical and theoretical issues. In this article we will present a cross-analysis of this new battlefield, through the main theories in international relations, namely realism, liberalism, and constructivism, while revealing how its power has redefined the balance of power on the world stage, by adopting an analytical and qualitative approach, based on a documentary method and theoretical research. This methodology will allow us to cross-reference the theoretical framework with empirical reality. We are also interested in a geopolitical dimension which highlights the emergence of digital diplomacy as a lever of influence. As an illustration, the case of Morocco was used as a new emerging power in this area on the African continent. Through this article we hope to show that cyberspace is a strategic field requiring special attention in contemporary international relations.
