Last week the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) is released its 2025 National Addiction Industry Salary Survey. The report analyzes salary data across 61 addiction industry positions, representing a workforce of 11,089 employees. Data was collected from 355 facilities across 63 participating organizations, offering a more robust snapshot of compensation trends across the field compared to previous years' surveys.
