AbstractAdolescence is a confusing period in which young people take on new responsibilities, they experiment with independence, and develop the skills necessary to become responsible adults. It is a time of abundant health opportunities and future adult health patterns. Well-being is a multifaceted concept with physical, mental, social, and spiritual components. It entails achieving personal and divergent goals, upholding societal values, adjusting to social situations, meeting daily needs, participating in interesting activities, and appreciating daily events. Resilience is a characteristic that enables adolescents to cope with stressful situations and adapt to adversity. It is critical in a constantly changing environment because resilient people adapt better to life challenges, resulting in higher levels of functionality and quality of life. Resilience can protect against mental illness risks, lower mortality rates, improve one’s physical health, and account for variables that contribute to psychological problems. A study was conducted on 120 urban adolescents of Udaipur studying in government senior secondary schools. The findings revealed a significant difference in resilience and emotional well-being among adolescents at the 0.05 percent level of significance. There was no significant difference in both physical and social health.
