The article is devoted to the development of a management model aimed at increasing labor productivity at enterprises of the regional construction complex. It analyzes key factors of labor productivity, methods of personnel motivation and monitoring tools, and also proposes specific mechanisms for implementation and evaluation of results based on KPI. The practical significance of the work lies in the creation of an adaptable algorithm for optimization of labor processes, integrated into the strategic and operational management of construction projects.
