Analysis of Indicators of the Implementation of National Projects of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the analysis of indicators of the implementation of national projects of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to assess the effectiveness of public investments in strategic areas of the country’s development. The purpose of the study is to identify the main trends, problems, and prospects for the implementation of national projects based on an analysis of the dynamics and structure of their financing, as well as achieving the target values of key indicators. The work uses data from official statistics, reports from relevant ministries and departments, as well as scientific publications on the research topic. The methodology includes statistical analysis, comparative analysis, factor analysis, and synthesis of the results obtained. The results of the study show that, despite significant amounts of financing, the achievement of the target values of key indicators of national projects remains uneven. The factors influencing the effectiveness of project implementation, such as the quality of planning, interdepartmental coordination, regional differences, etc., have been identified. The article offers recommendations for improving the monitoring and management system of national projects, including increasing transparency, taking into account regional specifics, strengthening public control, and implementing project management principles.
