Abstract

This article focuses on contingency theory and leadership style, and delves deeply into the theoretical impact of environmental dynamics on management adaptability. Firstly, the basic connotation and core viewpoints of contingency theory were expounded, and then the characteristics and types of different leadership styles were analyzed. This paper focuses on analyzing the constituent elements of environmental dynamics and elaborates in detail on how they affect management adaptability in different dimensions, including the mechanisms of action on leadership decision-making, organizational structure, team communication, etc., aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises and leaders to achieve effective management in a complex and ever-changing environment.
