With the development of the times and the progress of society, the problem of addiction caused by using short video platforms for learning has received widespread attention. However, there are still shortcomings in the research on other issues arising from short videos and their standardized use. Exploring this topic in depth not only helps optimize digital education practices but also provides a theoretical basis for formulating scientific media usage norms.
