Motivation: Conventional MRI coils are bulky and rigid, limiting comfort and signal in curved areas, creating demand for flexible, wireless alternatives. Goal(s): Enhance signal acquisition in anatomically complex regions while improving patient comfort and reducing design complexity and cost. Approach: We designed a high-impedance wireless coil to optimize signal enhancement in anatomically flexed regions. Results: We developed a high-impedance wireless coaxial array with stable resonant frequency under bending, stretching, achieving over 50% SNR improvement in knee imaging and high SNR in areas like hands and fingers. Impact: This design is ideal for imaging small, curved body parts, improving comfort and efficiency in wearable MRI.
