Motivation: Evaluating the impact of different compressed sensing acceleration factors and segmented acquisition techniques on the image quality of TOF-MRA Goal(s): To determine the optimal compressed sensing acceleration factor and segmented acquisition multiplier for clinical applications. Approach: This study collected TOF-MRA images from 30 subjects based on six different parameter settings, which included compressed sensing (4.4, 7.2, 12) and segmented acquisition (1, 2). Both subjective and objective evaluations of image quality were conducted for comparative analysis. Results: The results indicated that as the acceleration factor increased, the CNR and SNR of the MRI images significantly improved (p < 0.05). Impact: This study demonstrates that increasing the acceleration factor can significantly enhance the image quality of specific vascular regions while maintaining overall image quality and effectively reducing scan time.
