Abstract

A biomass-derived aramid-ZrO 2 composite separator for Li-ion batteries has superior electrolyte wettability, thermal stability and ionic conductivity, enabling 128.2 mAh g −1 discharge capacity (10C) and 93.5% energy retention after 1200 cycles.
