Artificial intelligence acts as a dual-use technology used by both law enforcement agencies and criminals. The article draws attention to the moral and ethical problems of using artificial intelligence. The need to develop a comprehensive strategy, including legislative regulation, study of foreign experience and public discussion, is emphasized in order to effectively and safely use the capabilities of artificial intelligence technology in the fight against crime and corruption.
