During October–December 2018, an underwater survey was conducted along the coastline south of Dor (License No. S-851/2018; map ref. 191905–2384/722100–3704; Fig. 1). The survey, on behalf of the Recanati Institute of Maritime Studies at the University of Haifa and funded by the Recanati Institute of Maritime Studies and the Israel Science Foundation (Grant Number 495/18), was directed by R. Nickelsberg, E. Arkin Shalev (photography) and A. Yasur-Landau. Survey participants were B. Clark, S. Lantos and S. Macke (divers) and E. Grauer and I. Avisara (boating services).
