The microstructure investigation results of the corrosion- and heat-resistant alloy VZHL939 at different post-processing stages are presented. Morphology of γ'-phase particles and carbides after the processes of selective laser melting (SLM), hot isostatic pressing (HIP), heat treatment and the creep rupture test is described. The advantages concerning the tensile and creep properties of VZHL939 as compared with ones of EP648 and VZH159 alloys produced by the SLM method are shown.
