Legal Regulation and Implementation of the Compensation Mechanism in Development of Internal Gasification of Regions of the Russian Federation

With the development of internal gas distribution in the Russian Federation, the question inevitably arises of the seizure of private lands of individuals and legal entities, as well as the demolition of buildings, structures and other buildings. However, there is no mechanism for legal withdrawal, which gives rise to the non-legal nature of these legal relations and excessive losses of private law subjects, as a result of which many court proceedings load the judicial system. The mechanism for calculating compensation or a percentage of the surcharge fixed by law in case of losses incurred by citizens and legal entities in the implementation of federal orders for the installation of gas pipelines will help protect the rights and interests of owners and third parties whose interests are violated or restricted.
