Preclinical studies have emphasized the potential connection between BRCA specific domains defects and the activity of Poly ADP-ribose polymerase inhibitors (PARPi). Nevertheless, real-world evidence regarding the impact of BRCA domain defects and mutations on PARPi efficacy are limited.
