The article uses the performed comparative law analysis as the basis to state that the notarial system performs the function of protection of rights and legal interests of parties to corporate relations irrespective of whether the notarial model of a certain country is designed according to the Latin or Anglo-American type; that said, the Latin notarial system offers significantly broader opportunities for such protection.
