This research article analyzes the challenges and prospects of legal protection of children's rights in the modern world. We consider the main problems faced by children in different countries, such as violence, child labor, hostilities, and limited access to education and medical services. We provide examples of effective approaches to protecting children’s rights, including the creation of specialized bodies and the development of programs and projects. We pay special attention to the Ukrainian context and suggest measures to improve the situation of children’s rights in Ukraine, including strengthening legislation and conducting educational campaigns. The article describes international standards of children’s rights and innovative approaches to their protection.
