This study is based on the problem of low learning outcomes in economics subjects for students in class XI IPS SMA N 2 Sipora, where the learning outcomes are below the Minimum Completeness Criterion of 75 with a range of 0-100. The purpose of the study was to reveal the influence of learning motivation in school and school environment on the learning outcomes of Economics students in grade XI IPS SMA N 2 Sipora. The method of this research is quantitative because this research is presented with numbers. The research population of all grade XI students, consisting of three classes totaling 57 people. The sampling technique is that all populations are sampled. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The data collection technique is the type of questionnaire and the source of the questionnaire. Student learning outcome data was obtained from SMA N 2 Sipora subject teachers. Meanwhile, the data on motivation and school environment through questionnaires used a likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data was analyzed using statistical methods with the help of SPSS Version 17 software. The results of the study showed: (1) Learning motivation had an influence of 78.7% on learning outcomes; (2) The school environment has an influence of 83.4% on learning outcomes; (3) Learning motivation and school environment together have an influence of 36.80% on learning outcomes. This shows that the better the learning motivation and school environment, the better the student's learning outcomes will be.
