State Management of the Russian Economy in the Twentieth Century: Historical and Legal Aspects

The article is devoted to the historical and legal aspects of state management of the Russian econ-omy of the Soviet period (1921-1991): Despite the long-standing historical events under considera-tion, the issues raised in the article are very relevant and arouse interest not only among economists, but also among administrative scientists. The period under consideration involves the presentation of a large volume of material, which cannot be allowed in the article.
