The Main Problems of Implementing the Mechanism of Administrative Punishment in the Form of Administrative Expulsion of Foreign Citizens or Stateless Persons From the Russian Federation

In the article, the authors consider the mechanism for the implementation of the administrative expulsion of foreign citizens or stateless persons outside the Russian Federation as one of the types of administrative punishment. The authors reveal the concept, content and forms of such a measure of administrative responsibility as administrative expulsion. The article defines a list of the main problems of implementing the mechanism of administrative punishment in the form of administrative expulsion of foreign citizens or stateless persons from the Russian Federation and suggests ways to solve them.
