On Forms and Means of Legal Liability for Violations in the State Defense Order Sphere

The relevance of the parties' conscientious fulfillment of their obligations under the state defense contract was maximally manifested in the conditions of the SWO. In this regard, legal liability measures are an effective way to counter violations of current legislation in the field of defense procurement. The author compares the norms of civil, administrative, criminal and special legislation on the defense order in the context of the study of the negative consequences of violation of imperative and dispositive regulations on the state defense order provided for by them.
