Research on Sustainable Development Path of Green Finance under the Background of “Double Carbon”

With the increasingly serious problem of global climate change, countries have put forward the goal of carbon neutrality and carbon peak. In 2020, China proposed a “dual carbon” goal, which is to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060 and peak carbon by 2030. In this context, green finance plays an increasingly critical role as an important tool for promoting sustainable development. Green finance provides financial support for the green transformation of the economy by facilitating the flow of capital to environmental and renewable energy projects. This paper aims to discuss the sustainable development path of green finance under the background of “double carbon” goal, and analyze its current situation, challenges and future development direction.
