The advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and robotics has revolutionized various sectors, with Human Resource Management (HRM) being no exception. This paper systematically analyzes the impact of AI and robotics on HRM, focusing on recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and retention strategies. By reviewing recent literature and case studies, we identify the benefits and challenges associated with integrating AI and robotics into HR practices. Our findings indicate that AI enhances recruitment efficiency through predictive analytics and automated candidate screening, while robotics streamline administrative tasks, allowing HR professionals to focus on strategic roles. However, the adoption of these technologies raises concerns regarding job displacement, data privacy, and the need for upskilling HR personnel. This paper concludes by offering insights into best practices for leveraging AI and robotics in HRM and proposing a framework for future research to address the emerging challenges and opportunities in this evolving field.
