Public governance/public administration: a comparative analysis

Along with the growth of the organizational system at the world level, the issue of separating and identifying the relevant field of politics from the theoretical part of science was highlighted in the agenda of scientific literature. For centuries, the study of governance systems was carried out at the sectoral level, but the necessity of establishing administrative science in the form of public administration became a concomitant process of the transition to a new stage of world development. The paper provides a comparative analysis between the field of public governance and public administration, in the form of a desk study, which makes it possible to formulate a recommendation regarding the integration of a specific field in the higher education system (with relevant formulation).
