The study delved into social requirements for sustainable development, addressing healthcare, education, and community support. The results were discussed in the context of relevant theories, including representation theory, partnership theory, and empowerment theory. The findings supported the importance of collaboration between various sectors to achieve sustainable development goals. Societies demonstrated awareness of women's participation, with a focus on youth. Respondents with postgraduate qualifications played a significant role in planning and implementation. Experience was highlighted as a crucial factor in accelerating sustainable development plans.
