Systematisation of transport legislation regulating document flow is one of the primary tasks in the transport sphere. It is connected, first of all, with the necessity to create a ‘seamless’ transport space favourable for the development of transport activity. The article considers the main problems of modern document circulation and electronic document circulation, which has developed in the conditions of digital economy.
