The following conclusions were drawn based on the results of the analysis. Firstly, the verification of differences in social support, sports attitude, and successful aging according to individual characteristics (gender, participation time, participation period, participation type) revealed partial differences depending on individual characteristics. Therefore, it was concluded that an approach considering individual characteristics is necessary for social support, sports attitude, and successful aging. Secondly, statistically significant differences were observed in the interaction between social support and the interaction between social support and sports attitude in the successful aging of elderly individuals participating in recreational sports. The interaction was found to have a relatively significant impact. Consequently, it was concluded that for the successful aging of the elderly, positive sports attitudes based on social support can enhance the effects.
