This article attempts to study the transactional grounds for disposing of property by spouses in the event of death in the domestic legal order. The task is to analyze novels in the fi eld of inheritance law, considering the special subject structure on the side of the testator. The study focuses on the relationship between new institutions and existing testamentary dispositions, their private law regulation, legal gaps, as well as recommended ways to fi ll them.
