This paper aims to integrate the time and cost of the project with the 3D model of the structure, thus adding 4th Dimension to the project.The Software used their system requirements, and methodology used by which 3D and 4D models of buildings, bridges, and roads can be created.Hence, software like Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Oracle Primavera, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Project need to be known.There are various conventional methods used for planning, scheduling, procuring, and monitoring projects in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.BIM allows users to use its database management capabilities to maintain and update the construction database.Building Information Modelling (BIM) allows project managers and different people like architects, engineers, consultants, owners, contractors, etc.Many people have started using Google Earth, Autocad, and Civil 3D as tools for constructing roads, bridges, canals, etc, and mapping over the past few years.The engineers and contractors were curious to know how to design projects on Autocad, Civil 3D, and other software.AutoCAD Civil 3D is a software application used by civil engineers and professionals to plan and design projects.This paper focuses on the design of roads using Civil 3D software.Civil 3D associate design and production drafting greatly reduces the time it takes to implement design changes and assess multiple sets of circumstances.Current patterns are adapted to the utilization of computer programs for roadway geometry design.For this job, the best available Highway Design Software must be used for designing roads.Keeping this in view we have used Google Earth, Civil 3D Software for the design of the proposed road.The Software uses 3D design to give the values of different components of geometric design such as Horizontal and Vertical Alignment with Cutting and Filling road surfaces, etc.The main aim of this project is to know how to design roads simply within the time.
