This paper investigates the coverage performance of millimeter wave (mmWave) unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) networks. Due to the sensitivity of mmWave to both static and moving obstacles, we aim to improve generality and gain more in-depth insights by simultaneously considering the effects of static and dynamic blockages of mmWave. Hence, we derive a tractable expression for the coverage probability of a target user at an arbitrary location rather than the center of a region as commonly assumed. Analytical result is then used to evaluate the impact of various system parameters on establishing reliable mmWave UAV communications in terms of achieving maximum coverage probability. Simulation results indicate that mmWave blockage, especially the dynamic blockage caused by moving blockers and the position of the target user significantly impact the coverage performance.
