Transactions on a blockchain ensure the confidentiality of user data by storing records in a decentralised ledger. The accuracy of the data is guaranteed due to the fact that it is stored on the blockchain and may be checked for accuracy at any time. On a blockchain, data blocks are automatically confirmed by recording information about their origin and the other blocks with which they have interacted. This information is then verified by the network. When a block is identified as having originated from an unconfirmed source, this occurrence takes place.
