On Some Tendencies of the Judicial Practice of Bringing Officials to the Administrative Liability

The article presents the results of comprehensive analysis of judicial practice of Federal arbitration courts, courts of General jurisdiction of the regional level, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation about administrative responsibility of officials, clarifies the separate approaches of the courts to aspects of proving the guilt of the officials in commission of administrative offenses.
