ABSTRACT Penile fracture is a rare urological emergency that requires prompt diagnosis and treatment. We report a case of a 44‐year‐old male who sustained a penile fracture during sexual intercourse. Surgical exploration and repair were performed within 10 h. The patient experienced an uneventful recovery, highlighting the importance of early surgical management.
