The purpose of writing this article is to study the issues of strategic development of business structures in the context of technological transformations. It is substantiated that in the context of technological transformations, it is important to activate and ensure the development of business structures, which are caused by such processes as digitalization, automation of production processes, development of artificial intelligence and implementation of Industry 4.0, which significantly changes the parameters of the functioning of enterprises and requires a rethinking of approaches to strategic management. The paper recognizes that managing the strategic development of business structures in the context of technological transformations requires a systematic, proactive, and adaptive approach. It must be based on a deep understanding of technological trends, strategic flexibility, and the company's ability to constantly innovate. The successful implementation of such strategies is the key to sustainable economic growth, expanding market positions, and increasing the overall competitiveness of the enterprise in a rapidly changing technological environment. The main tasks of strategic development management in the context of technological transformations are considered, the stages of strategic development management of business structures in the context of technological transformations are determined, the main directions and content of technological transformations are clarified, and their impact on the development of business structures is outlined. It has been proven that managing the strategic development of an enterprise should be based on interdisciplinary approaches, including elements of strategic analysis, organizational design, financial planning, change management, and innovation.
