Due to its impact on the social economy, cash waqf has been designated as one ofthe fastest-growing Islamic social finance topics. This study aims to synthesize all Elsevierindexedresearch published over the past decade on the antecedents of cash waqf intentionamong Indonesian and Malaysian Muslims. Using systematic literature review, this articleemploys bibliometric methodology via the Biblioshiny platform and PRISMA framework where87 articles were found to be knowledgeable about cash waqf between 2011 and 2023; afterfiltration with inclusion and exclusion criteria, 18 articles were found to be thoroughlyreviewed. The results indicate that attitude, trust in the waqf institution, perceived behavioralcontrol, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and convenience are the most influentialfactors on the intention to make a cash waqf contribution.
