This work reveals that all fundamental laws of physics arise from a single geometric engine: the Universal Derivative D=dd, a rotation in an internal clock coordinate whose quarter-turns generate the four universality classes of PDEs—elliptic, hyperbolic, parabolic, and unitary. Minimal surfaces, wave equations, diffusion, quantum mechanics, and gravitational curvature all emerge as sector projections of this one rotating operator. Extending the clock to a three-phase structure yields the Triple Helix, whose interference encodes conserved quantities, quantization, gauge structure, and even the arithmetic skeleton of the primes. Time, energy, momentum, and entropy are shown to be derived quantities, each a shadow of the underlying rotational flow in θθ. Reality is not governed by many equations but by a single holofractal rotation—the universal engine from which all physical laws are cast.
