Abstract

A prototype of a novel Photoemission Mask type X-ray Beam Position Monitor (PheM XBPM) for the ‘white’ undulator radiation which concept was proposed in Ref. 1 has been built and tested. The prototype was designed and manufactured at MAX IV. Two PheM XBPMs were installed at MAX IV 3 GeV storage ring at SoftiMAX and CoSAXS beamline frontends.
