This Zenodo record provides the finalized IAF-based version (v2) of the manuscript. The central concept is irreversible accessibility fixing (IAF), which denotes a structural constraint in which correlations that become inaccessible remain irreversibly sealed, even though underlying microscopic dynamics remain reversible and unitary.
