This project hosts Solipsia – Volume Zero, a public release of a falsifiable, mechanistic model of emotional development. Solipsia models emotional development as a fixed, sequential series of instincts. Each instinct is defined by an explicit expectation and a predicted behavioral response when that expectation is unmet. Maturation is defined as the resolution of these instincts through deterrence of enforcement, rather than through insight, narrative reconstruction, or belief change. The model makes testable predictions regarding conflict behavior, rage escalation, enforcement strategies, and failure modes across interpersonal, institutional, and therapeutic contexts.
