The influence of the skin effect on the frequency dependence of the permeability of ferromagnetic films is studied. Analytical expressions for the dynamic permeability of the film are obtained in cases of weak and strong skin effect. Results of analytical calculations satisfactorily describe experimental data for Fe–N films.
