This work establishes the existence of a structural collective energy scale associated with non-isolated gravitational systems embedded in an expanding cosmological background. By explicitly accounting for relativistic causality, global energy non-closure, and cosmological expansion, we show that a global energy scale of order E* ~ c⁵/ (G H0) necessarily emerges as a collective structural quantity. This scale is not associated with particles, local excitations, or emission mechanisms, and functions purely as a structural constraint on admissible energetic interpretations.
