We propose an effective field theory where spacetime metric emerges from the condensation of a coherent Cl (3, 1) spinor field. Unlike the standard model, C-VES postulates a vacuum with fundamental information viscosity arising from non-Hermitian dynamics. The stability of cosmological evolution necessitates the suppression of spectral resonances, naturally selecting the Golden Ratio () as a regulator via Kolmogorov-Arnold-Moser (KAM) theory. This resolves the H₀ tension and JWST high-z galaxy anomalies. The theory predicts falsifiable logarithmic gravitational wave echoes with 'Golden' damping.
