This work presents an independent high school physics project investigating the concepts of work and energy using a simple inclined plane experiment. The study analyzes the conversion of gravitational potential energy into kinetic energy and examines energy losses due to non-ideal factors such as friction. Experimental measurements, graphical analysis, and efficiency calculations are presented to illustrate real-world deviations from ideal mechanical models.
