Abstract

This paper proposes the English Abbreviation Hypothesis, interpreting Voynichese as an engineering abbreviation system rather than an encrypted natural language. It presents CEVA–English correspondences, the Voynich Dictionary V15.0 (799 entries), and demonstrates 99.9% coverage across 5,390 lines. Built on the Kelly Standard Transcription (KST) corpus defined in Paper #1. This research is a human-AI collaborative achievement by the BlazeCipher team.
